She is survived by: her daughter Terri; her son-in-law Barry Woodring; her son Todd; her daughter-in-law Angie Coe; her grandchildren, Brooke Woodring Mauck (Derick), Ty Woodring (Corri), Ben Woodring, Hogan Coe and Laken Coe; her great grandchildren, Aaron Mauck, Liam Mauck, Jude Mauck, Whit Woodring and Cheyenne Woodring; her sister Nannie; her brother-in-law Glenn Hardy; her niece Tammy Miller; her nephews, Tim Hardy and David Hardy; her close friend Mary Kay Snow; her friends, Linda Hardy and Cheryl Brintle; her pet Addie Grace; and also Penny Wall.

The family has requested in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home, 945 Zephyr Road, Dobson NC 27017.
