With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nancy Edmonds of Dobson, North Carolina, born in Surry, Virginia, who passed away on August 27, 2020 at the age of 81. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Nancy Edmonds to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Boyd Grant Goings and Vera Gentry Goings. She is survived by: her sons, Jeff (Deanna Edmonds), Joel Edmonds of Mount Airy and Josh (Nicole Edmonds); her grandchildren, Callie Edmonds, Brady Edmonds and Jacob Edmonds of Dobson; her sister Janie; and her brother-in-law Aaron Draughon of Mount Airy.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made either to the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home (945 Zephyr Road, Dobson, NC 27017) or to the Glenn Robertson Scholarship (c/o SCC Foundation, 630 S. Main Street, Dobson, NC 27017).
