It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Max Furr (Dobson, North Carolina), who passed away on April 17, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyril Worth and Mildred Inez Taylor Furr; his former wife Joan Fisher Furr; his son Byron Fisher Furr; and his brother Wayne Furr.

He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Collins Furr; his sons, Scott Furr (Diana) of Oak Ridge, NC and Bryan Furr (Jocelyn) of Abilene, TX; his grandchildren, Justin Furr (Sarah), Kristen Furr Kulesz (Jon), Graciela Furr, Natalia Furr and Jonathan Furr; his great grandchildren, Conner and Kayden Furr; his brothers, Jimmy Furr (Mary Lou) and George Furr (Linda); and his sister-in-law Jo Ann Schillinger (Jerry).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering, C/O International Mission Board, 3806 Monument Ave. Richmond, VA 23230.
