She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Woodward and Etta Stanhope Woodward; and her brother Richard Woodward. She is survived by: her husband Jay Lee Johnson; her children, Jay Johnson (Laura), Jeff Johnson (Kay), Margie Johnson and Janell Ledger; her niece Susanne Woodward Petrie; and her caregivers, Teresa Pack, Cindy and Donna. She is also survived by step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
