She was predeceased by: her father Chester Simpson; and her siblings, Joann Simpson, Faye Taylor, Katie Haynes and Jack Simpson.
She is survived by: her daughter Von Watson McCoy; her son-in-law Aaron; her son Greg Watson; her daughter-in-law Phyllis; her grandchildren, Sidney Watson (Brianne) and Stephanie McCoy (Jansen Wood); her great grandchild Parker Watson; the father of her children James Wendall Watson; and her siblings-in-law, Bobby Haynes and Betty Simpson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
