He was predeceased by: his parents, J. H. Dillon and Lottie Cundiff Dillon; his sister Nancy Dillon; his mother-in-law Edith Snow Fulk; and his friend Glenn "Skeeter" Webb.
He is survived by: his wife Jill Snow; his children, Joshua Snow Wilmoth (Mariel), Jessica Caroline Dillon (Adiel) and Joseph H. Dillon, III (Deanna); his grandchildren, Holly, Haley, Jacob and Jordan Dillon; and his siblings-in-law, Carolyn, Don Harbour, Gay and Phillip Denny. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
