He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Jenkins and Sarah Childress Jenkins; and his wife Barbara Cockerham Jenkins. He is survived by: his daughters, Denise Jenkins and Crystal; his son-in-law Bertin Garcia; his grandchildren, David Rubio (Leti), Eddie Rubio, Casey Rubio, Jordan Garcia, Hailey Grace Garcia and Joshua Jenkins; and his siblings, Kathy Jenkins Sales and Jerry Jenkins.
