He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse McMillian and Savadar McMillian McMillian; his wife Garnell Sutphin McMillian; his son Marcus Worrell McMillian; his granddaughter Rebecca McMillian; and his siblings, Margaret Helen McMillian Pearson, James McMillian and Colvard McMillian.

He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Cynthia Yvonne McMillian; and his grandchildren, Casey McMillan (Joe) and Luke McMillian.
