He is survived by: his wife Patricia Woodruff; his children, Amanda (Rodney Wagoner), Mary Ann (Dean Casstevens) and Jonathan "Monty"; his daughter-in-law Nancy Crouse; his grandchildren, Meghan, Justin Snow, Lindsey, Terry Hayes, Ceth Crouse, Cooper Crouse, Augusta Hill, Hunter Casstevens and Tyler Wagoner; his great grandchildren, Jett Smith and Jacee Smith; his siblings, Emma Ree Wiles, Carolyn (Larry Martin) and Jerry Crouse; his mother-in-law Ann Woodruff (Donald Royal); and his close friend Michael Byrd.
