He is survived by: his mother Barbara Bean Wilmoth; his daughter Amber; his son-in-law Jacob Flippen; his son Zach O'Neal; his grandchildren, Anna Flippen and Connor Flippen; his sister Teresa; his brother-in-law Barry Smith; his brother Mark; his sister-in-law Sharon O'Neal; and his pet Rebel.
