She was predeceased by: her parents, Parley Johnson and Alma Shepherd Johnson; her husband John Darion "JD" Shelton; and her sisters, Kathleen Prevette, Lorene Wyatt and Jessie Israel.
She is survived by: her children, Sheila Hayes and Darion; her daughter-in-law Michele Shelton; her grandchildren, Chris, Jessica Hayes, Candra Chriscoe, Greyson Cox, Caleb, Lacey Shelton, Laurel Atwood, Lacey Atwood and Lakyn Atwood; and her great grandchildren, Sadie Hayes, Camden Hayes, Hayden Chriscoe, Harper Chriscoe, Greylynn Cox, Addilyn Shelton, Kyrie Felder, Jenson Harbour, Jacob Harbour and Amelia Harbour.
