With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Frankie Isabel Lowe (Dobson, North Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 1, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Atkins and Inda Ward Atkins; her husband Lowe; and her siblings, Carrie Atkins Underwood, Billy Dean Atkins and Ted Adkins.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Barbara Adkins Amoss; and her nieces, Tammy Smith (Craig), Sheila Watts (Danny), Audrey Tucker (Todd) and Lucy Nottingham (Mark).
