It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Frank Fowler (Dobson, North Carolina), who passed away on April 8, 2018, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Otto Smith, Elsie Smith, Coley Fowler and Marie Fowler; and his brother-in-law Jeff Coe.

He is survived by: his friend Sharon Coe Fowler; his children, Kayla Marie Fowler of Knoxville and James Cory Fowler of Charlotte; his significant other Ollie; his siblings, Tammy Mabe (Tim), Carol Hole (Steve) and Dale Fowler; his father-in-law Bill Coe; his sister-in-law Van; and also, Kathy and Darryl. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews who loved their Uncle Frank and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
