He is survived by: his siblings, Freda Rakes, Ricky Dalton, Jerry Dalton (Ima Jean), Ronnie Dalton (Harriet) and Dean Dalton (Shelby); his mother-in-law Shelby Phillips; and his close friends, Sonya L. Marsh, Porter Wilson and Jerry Vaughn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and several great-nieces and nephews.
