She was predeceased by: her father James Powell; her husband Curtis Timothy Sutphin; and her siblings, Anita Midkiff Holbrook, Kim Midkiff Brown and Powell Ray Midkiff.
She is survived by: her children, Heather (Skip Key), Megan Cagle, Jonathan (Roxanne Gartland) and Josiah (Tara Cagle); her grandchildren, Chloe, Fiona, Caitlyn, Rick Richardson, Ahlora, Brodie F., Brodie V., Kennedy, Brenna, Isis, Zariah, Bubba, Gavin, Angelina, Noah, Aubri and Talon; her siblings, Tiffiany Midkiff, Kathy Goins (Doug), Debra Stoltz (Tony) and James; and her sister-in-law Lisa Midkiff. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
