He is survived by: his daughters, Cynthia Hicks (Alan), Teresa Suddreth (Kent) and Alicia Mauldin (Lisa Creed); his grandchildren, Tommy Wolfe (Joy), Devan Holland (Tiffany), Zach Holland (Alicia), Colt Suddreth, Claire Suddreth, Alexandria Hicks, Levi Hicks and Katie Heath; his great grandchildren, Kylie, Bryson, Sawyer, Lucy, Mya, Skylar, Ayla and Bryer; and his close friend Charles Newman.
