He is survived by: his parent Dora Blanche Key O'Neal; his wife Eunice Dixon O'Neal; his daughter Sherri Abbott of Pinnacle; his son-in-law Tudor Abbott of Pinnacle; his son Wayne O'Neal of Mount Airy; his daughter-in-law Misty O'Neal of Mount Airy; his grandchildren, Dylan O'Neal of Mount Airy, Eryn O'Neal of Mount Airy, Jayden O'Neal of Mount Airy and Hannah Coalson of Pinnacle; and also, Mary Ann, Jerry Combs of Manteo, Nancy Bunker, Wade Chang Bunker of Mount Airy, Rex O'Neal, Nancy O'Neal of Greensboro, Gary O'Neal and Marian O'Neal of Winston-Salem. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
