He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Hannah Marie Fleming; and his siblings, Marion Fleming Gwyn, Margaret Fleming Sasser, Joan Fleming Bingman, John William Fleming, Jr. and Bobby Martin Fleming.
He is survived by: his wife Lula "Faye" Fleming; his daughter Debbie York; his son-in-law Nicky York; his sons, Frank (Gina Fleming) and Chris (Amy Fleming); his grandchildren, Leslie York Mills, Megan Fleming, Amber Fleming and Jordan Fleming; and his great grandchildren, Corbin Mills, Caroline Mills and Luke Fleming, II. He is also survived by husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather who will be dearly missed by all his family and many friends.
