He is survived by: his significant other Nancy Powel; his brothers, Bob Cunningham (Pat) and Tom Cunningham (Linda); and his daughter Nicole Middleton. He is also survived by three grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
