He was predeceased by: his father Wilbur Eugene "Dick" Kelly; and his siblings, Keith Kelly and Joanne Kelly Moore. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Shull Kelly; his daughter Robin Kelly Ramsey (Jake) of Hickory; and his siblings, Mickey Kelly (Anne) of Denver and Janet Kelly Sherrill (Jim) of Denver.
