He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Billy Hallman and Mary Frances Carpenter; his brothers-in-law, Mike Stroupe (Caroline) and Shan Stroupe (Gwen); and his nieces and nephews, Anna Hallman (Daven), Melissa Hawley (Danny), River Howard (Madison), Aaron Hallman (Courtney), Wesley Stroupe, Annie Stroupe, Ashley Stroupe and Thomas Stroupe.
He is survived by: his wife Angela Stroupe Hallman; his son Bradley Hallman (Brittany Postell); and his siblings, Glenda Cook (Chuck), Terry Hallman (Terri), Rickey Hallman (Anita) and Rodney Howard (April).
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the New Covenant Church (14514 Lucia Riverbend Hwy, Mt Holly, NC 28120).
