He was predeceased by: his parent Doc Lewis; his son Randall Lewis; and his siblings, Mary Lou Satterfield, Peggy Lewis, Eva Davis, Clarence Lewis, Fred Lewis and Willie Lewis.
He is survived by: his parent Maybell Moore Lewis; his wife Patsy Ghorley Lewis; his children, Michael Lewis (Pat), Troy Lewis (Leslie) and Netha Robbins (Joey); his sister-in-law Elizabeth Hilton; and also, Becky Jordan and Ron Jordan. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
