She was predeceased by: her parents, Alva Carpenter and Edna Champion Carpenter; her husbands, Joe Billy Hallman, Glenn Howard and Roy Shelby; her brother Joe Carpenter (Linda); her daughter-in-law Anita Hallman; and her brother-in-law Gary Hallman.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Hallman (Terri), Rickey Hallman, Randy Hallman (Angela), Glenda Howard Cook (Chuck) and Rodney Howard (April); her stepchildren, Coy Shelby, Melinda Ray (Rick), Julie Shelby-Davis (Chad) and Doug Shelby (Randee); her grandchildren, Anna (Daven), Melissa (Danny), River (Madison), Aaron (Courtney), Bradley (Brittany), Chris (Beverly), Lisa (Marc), Amy, Elizabeth (Clay), Ashley (Tyler), Katie, Clyde, Oliver, Keresa and Chase Walker; her great grandchildren, Alli, Brooks, Laken, Posey Margaret, Logan, Nolan, Scarlet, Addy, Rowan and Mathias; and her sister-in-law Pam Ratchford (David). She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, and other special family members.
