He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel William Locklin and Flora Augusta Harbin; and his brother Terry Locklin. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Morecock; his children, Justin Locklin of Newton and Tara Locklin of Newton; his sisters, Lynn Smith of Greenville, SC and Kathy Locklin of Lincolnton; his grandchildren, Jameson Vaughan, Payton Duncan, Andrew Duncan and Ryker Duncan (Spud); and his nephews, Scott Smith, Richard Locklin and Brandon Locklin.
