He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gene Henry Frank Hearld, Sr. and Glenda Ruth Frederick Hearld; his wife Susan Hearld; his children, Cole Hearld, D. J. Brown (Tara) of Iron Station, Daniel Brown of Cornelius and Charlie Hearld; his stepdaughter Lori Austin of Florida; his grandchildren, Sofie Trinnal, Kamryn Brown and Channing Brown; and his siblings, Seth Hearld, Jared Hearld, Ada Chapman, Penny Brewer, Leah Fox and Sarah Corbin.
