She was predeceased by: her parents, Marian Frances and Robert Junior Cook; her siblings, Tony Cook and Barbara Cook York; and her brother-in-law Randy Dyer.
She is survived by: her husband Juris Zarins of Denver, NC; her sons, Christopher Travis Zarins (Jennifer), Caden, Addison of Raleigh, NC and Roman Todd Zarins (Carla) of Denver, NC; her sister Cathy Cook Dyer; and her cousin Gayle Hentz (David) of Sherrills Ford, NC. She is also survived by nephew and nieces.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations to be made to Salem United Methodist Church or the "Make A Gift-CurePSP" Foundation.
