He is survived by: his father David Malyevac, Sr.; his siblings, David Stephen Malyevac, Jr. (Cindy) and JoAnn Malyevac Barton (David); and his nieces and nephews, David Malyevac, III, Anna Malyevac Thublier (Adrien), Cayden Young and Peter Young.
