She was predeceased by: her father Edgar Lawrence Harris; and her sister Kay Parkhurst. She is survived by: her mother Annie Barlow Ross of Claremont; her children, Steven Lowe (Sheena) of Newton, Ashley Lowe of Newton and Christy Hester (John) of Denver; and her sister Melissa Kearley of Claremont.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:45 PM at the Burke Mortuary Chapel (2516 N Main Ave, Newton, NC 28658). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
