He was predeceased by: his father George Phillips; and his siblings, Robert Phillips and Georgia Phillips MacDonough. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Phillips; his children, Tracy Hensley (James) of Charlotte, NC and Lisa Indihar (Chuck) of Savage, MN; and his grandchildren, Carter, Cate Hensley, Sydney, Cole and Chase Indihar.
