With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alfred Lovin of Denver, North Carolina, who passed away on January 6, 2024 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fernie Lovin and Mae Bell Lovin; the mother of his children Frances Carpenter Lovin; his stepchildren, Julia Perry Lovin, Michael Reed and Randy Burleson; and his wife Betty Lovin.
He is survived by: his children, Shelley Heafner (Roy), Kenneth Lovin and Lynne Starnes (Donnie); and his stepchildren, Judyann Reed, Perry Reed, David Reed (Sherri), Larry Burleson (Joann) and Charlene Winecoff (Barry). He is also survived by three grandchildren, ten step grandchildren, as well as several great grandchildren.
