He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry Loflin and Doshie Williams Loflin; his former wife Jamie Maxine Chandler Loflin; his brother Charles Loflin; and his stepsiblings, Coy E. Loflin and Mattie Snider.
He is survived by: his wife Della Rush Richey; his son William Monroe Loflin (Amanda); and his grandchildren, Chandler Loflin (Kyla) and Maxine Nicole Loflin Kearns (Tristan).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Global Methodist Church (429 S Main St, Denton, NC 27239). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorials should be made to First Global Methodist Church.
