It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Dudley Shackleford of Denton, North Carolina, born in Columbus, North Carolina, who passed away on April 23, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Dudley and Dorothy Beulah Barnes Dudley; and her brother Kenneth Dudley. She is survived by: her sons, Terry Shackleford (Janet) of Winston Salem and Jodie Shackleford of Denton; her siblings, Ralph Dudley (Ann) of Ga and Gayle Chaffin (Howard) of Lexington; her grandchildren, Christy Hiatt, Aaron Burkholder, Issac Shackleford and Jana Rae Shackleford; and her great grandchildren, Lailyn, Kaitlyn, Sianna, Isabelle Hiatt, Blair, Norah Burkholder, Riley and Natalie Shackleford.
