She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Butler and Bertha Elizabeth Roberts; her brothers, Vaughan Butler, Gerald Butler and Donnie Butler; her grandchildren, Tiffany Williams, Anna Pait and Austin Williams; her parents-in-law, John Lee Swaney and Linda Bernice Swaney; and her brothers-in-law, Jerry Hoffman and Carl Swaney.
She is survived by: her husband Sam Swaney; her children, Teresa Williams (Jamie), Tim Pait (Lagenia) and Mark Pait (Alli); her siblings, Bobby Butler, David Butler (Gloria), Lynn Butler (Brenda), John Butler (Joann), Cynthia Kinlaw (Kenny) and Deborah Butler; her grandchildren, Amber Williams, Ashley Coffey (Dayton), Erica Pait, Taylor Pait, Julie Pait and Nick Pait; her great grandchild Charity Coffey; and her siblings-in-law, Rebecca Eddinger (Timmy) and Dowe Swaney. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
