He was predeceased by: his parents, William Nelson Underwood, Sr. and Mabel Hamlet Underwood; and his son Scottie Charles Underwood. He is survived by: his daughters, Laura Mullins (Kevin) of Denton and Katie Hughes (Zac) of Thomasville; his brothers, Ken Underwood (Libby) of Tennessee and Thomas DuVall (Dee Dee) of High Point; and his grandchildren, Rylen Hughes, Cole Hughes and Levi Mullins.
