He is survived by : his daughters, Laura Mullins (Kevin) of Denton and Katie Hughes (Zac) of Thomasville; his brothers, Ken Underwood (Libby) of Tennessee and Thomas DuVall (Dee Dee) of High Point; and his grandchildren, Rylen Hughes, Cole Hughes and Levi Mullins.
