He is survived by: his wife Marie Dean Wagoner; his children, Ricky Neil Wagoner III (Trey), Cierra Jade Wagoner and Ryleigh Marie Wagoner; his parents, Ricky Wagoner, Sr. and Valerie Bricco Wagoner of Lexington; and his brother Tyler Willam Wagoner of Lexington. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
