It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lynn Owens of Denton, North Carolina, born in Davidson, North Carolina, who passed away on May 23, 2023, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mozelle W. Owens and Mary Bradshaw Owens; his brother William Scott Owens; his nephews, Cole and Calem Owens; and his granddaughters, Katherine and Kate Hadley.
He is survived by: his wife Renea Mincey Owens; his children, Brandon Collins (Tiffany Witt) of Denton and Amanda Smith (Joe Hadley) of Denton; his grandchildren, Joseph Hadley, Maisyn Collins and Sterling Hadley; his great-nieces, Cayley, Aria and Harper; his brothers, Lee "Peewee" Eubanks (Kandace) and Eddie Eubanks; his uncle David Owens; his aunt Pearl Morrow; and his siblings-in-law, Tommy, Eddie, Phillip, Justin and Lea.
