He is survived by: his mother Virginia Doris Biby Kennedy; his son James Kennedy Jr. (Amanda); his grandchildren, Bentley, Blake, Maleki and Teegan; his siblings, Terry Kennedy and Shelia Drone; his niece Sarah Stewart (Zachary); and his great-nephew Jonah Stewart.
