With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Carey Spoon of Denton, North Carolina, born in Davidson, North Carolina, who passed away on November 14, 2023 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James C. Spoon, Jr. and Tura Davis Spoon; his wife Linda Cranford Spoon; his sons, Chad Spoon (Angie) of Denton and Tony Spoon (Stephanie) of Clemmons; his siblings, Brenda Floyd (Neil) of Denton and Rick Spoon of Denton; his grandchildren, Michael Pierce and Kaylin Spoon; and his pet Dixie. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
