He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert and Magdalene Garner; his aunts and uncles, Clayton, Donnell Garner, Elna Garner Talbert and Patty Garner Hamby; and his cousin Terri Talbert.
He is survived by: his parents, Charles Edward Curtis (Peggy) and Kay Garner Curtis (Craig); his children, Tabitha Kay Curtis and Brandon Lewis Curtis; his sisters, Charlotte Curtis Mueller (Uli) and Lisa Curtis Ingram (Jimmie); his grandchildren, Addilyn Mae Lewis, Wesson Reid York and Sterling East York; and his nephew Emmett Tennyson Edwards. He is also survived by his family; Frankie's children, grandchildren and nephew.
