He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Jones and Alice Jones (Proctor); his grandparents, Will and Minnie Proctor; his sisters, Margie Ware and Joanne Meier; his granddaughter Lindsay Jones; and his great grandchild Alice Jones.
He is survived by: his wife Gale Jones (Knight); his children, Vann Jones (Deborah), Marty Jones (Laura), Gary Poindexter, Angie Spoon (Chad) and Catherine White (Ron); his grandchildren, Michael, Jessica (Jeff), Gavin, Collin, Landon, Sierra, Savannah (Grant), Tylor and Abigale; his great grandchildren, Sarah, Magnolia, Benjamin and Charlotte; his siblings, Dick Jones (Cherie), Becky Bruner (Paul), John Knight (Connie) and Jane Hamilton (Danny); and his close friend Terry Pope. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
