With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Brenda Ann Myers of Denton, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 22, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Thomas Watkins and Frances Drucella Watkins; her husband Thurman Myers; and her pet Nala. She is survived by: her children, Amy McLeod (Lonnie) of Denton, Tammy Mills of Denton, Keith Hagler (Penny) of Lexington and Bryan Garner of Denton; her siblings, Allen Watkins (Teresa) of Denton and Duck Owens (Larry) of Lexington; her close friend James Scarlett (Benji); and her pet Oreo. She is also survived by many loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
