With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Berman Hansford Stepp of Denton, North Carolina, who passed away on March 20, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Berman Stepp and Mary Elizabeth Meade Stepp; his wife Mary Blankenship Stepp of Mary's Pillows; his siblings, Betty Hatfield, Vena Wood and Aaron Stepp; and his son John Stepp.

He is survived by: his children, Jimbo Stepp (Cathy), Pam Stepp and Mike Stepp (Vicky); his grandchildren, Jimmy Stepp (Staci), Jonathan Stepp, Elizabeth Stepp Dennis (Chris), Michael Stepp, Chris Stepp (Destiny) and Rachel Stepp; his great grandchildren, Lucas, Allisyn, Kylee, Jillian, Morgan, Sawyer and Oaklynn; and his sisters, Gail Hatfield (Shelby), Denice Blankenship (Clettie) and Kathy Sue Blankenship.
