She is survived by: her husband Clyde Thomas Morphis, Jr.; her daughters, Dee Morphis Jones of Kernersville, Barbie Shayne Morphis Combs of Kernersville and Jackie Morphis Taylor (Ronnie) of Greensboro; her sister Dee Stanly (Lexie) of Stokesdale; and her grandchildren, Britt Jones (Sam), Brian Jones (Autumn), Callie Jones (Justin), Calvin Jones (Jenny), Olivia Hinnant (Sam), Ethan Combs (Pricilla), Tara Hill (Jonathan) and Jesse Peeden.
