She is survived by: her parents, Joe Grubb and Rose Bohlinger Grubb; her husband Jesse Lee McDowell, Sr.; her children, Connie Dienhart of Benson, Mark Steven Bailey of Lexington and Jason Bailey of Thomasville; her stepchildren, Jesse Lee McDowell, Jr. of Greensboro, Jean Glance of Lexington and Charles McDowell of Lexington; and her siblings, Frankie Grubb of Lexington, Danny Grubb of Denton, Martha Bost and Phyllis Grubb. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
