She is survived by: her children, Janet Benton of Leland, Kim Keeling (Ricky Keeling) of Fuquay Varina, Martin Benton II (Rose Hamilton) of Wilmington and Kayla Benton (Mike Melendres) of Wilmington. She is also survived by three grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
