He is survived by: his wife Toni Thomas Malpass of Delco; his children, Shelton Lowery of Delco, Eugenia "Gina" Jenkins of Delco and Jessica Pugh of Newport News; his siblings, Becky Bigford of Atkinson, NC, Billy Malpass of Delco and Jerry Malpass of Delco; his grandchildren, Michael Lowery, Jessica Lowery, Junior Lowery, Cheyenne Lowery, Cody Lowery, Hunter Dunn, Conner Dunn, Ericka Carden, Conner Davis, McKenzie Pugh and Addelyn Pugh; and his great grandchild Bella Lowery.
