He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Joseph Eason and Thelma Godwin Eason; and his sister Shirley Ann Eason. He is survived by: his children, Don Eason of Liberty, NC, Karen Eason-Collette of Wilmington, NC and David Eason of Wilmington, NC.; and his friends, Travis Harrison, Ricky Heath, Bill Pate, Harvey Harrelson, Harold "Snake" Russell, Leon Brown, Macon Brown, Sonny Phillips and Lisa Michele.
