He is survived by: his parents, Jerome Franklin Bullard, Sr. and Gwendolyn Hill Bullard; his wife Mary Evelyn Smith Bullard; his children, Hannah Rose Willett, Alexis Faith Willett and Charles Wyatt Willett of Delco; his brother Wesley M. Bullard (Heather) of Delco; and his nieces and nephews, Katelin Sessoms, Brooke Sessoms, Laikyn Bullard, Randall Sessoms, Slade Bullard and Jerome Beck.

Memorials may be made to the Rewired Youth Group in Honor of L.J. Bullard, C/O Bridge of Life Church, 220 Mercantile Dr., Leland, NC, 28451.
