Jean Fowler Gore Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jean Fowler Gore of Delco, North Carolina, who passed away on December 31, 2024 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Lee Fowler and Jeffie Strickland Fowler of Delco, NC.; her husband Mitchell "Mickey" Gore; her son Mitchell Heath Gore; and her sisters, Dola Wiladean Fowler, Margaret Fowler Buffkin, Eloise Fowler Coleman, Doris Fowler Bullard and Freda Fowler Bell.
She is survived by: her daughter Deana Gore Truesdell (Darryl) of Delco; her grandchildren, Joshua Darryl Truesdell of Delco and Kyla Brielle Gore of Maxton, NC.; and her brother Charlie Philip Fowler, Sr. (Dorothy) of Wilmington, NC. She is also survived by nieces and nephews as well as numerous friends.
Flowers are welcome but, if so desired, memorials can be made to First Baptist Church of Delco or Lower Cape Fear LifeCare.
