It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacki Harrelson Hill of Delco, North Carolina, born in Portsmouth, Virginia, who passed away on October 24, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Harrelson and Bernice Harrelson; and her grandson Jerome Bullard, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Duard "Dave" Hill; her daughters, Gwen Bullard (Jerome, Sr.), Angie Connor (Roger) and Robin Smith (Kenny); her grandchildren, Wesley Bullard (Heather), Jake Connor, Tori Connor (Corwin Coats), Aubree and Grayson Smith; her great grandchildren, Hannah, Alexis, Wyatt, Randall, Katelin, Brooke, Slade and Laikyn; and her granddaughter-in-law Mary Evelyn Bullard. She is also survived by eleven siblings.
